1. About the store
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through Colostrum South Africa at https://colostrum-sa.co.za/. “We” and “us” refer to the operator of this online store. New Image International is the product brand; Colostrum South Africa is the online retail storefront, not the manufacturer.
2. Products and responsible use
Descriptions, prices, ingredients, packaging and availability may change. Check the current product label, allergen information and instructions before use. Nutritional supplements are not a replacement for medical treatment. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Orders are subject to successful payment verification, stock availability and acceptance. An automatic confirmation of receipt does not guarantee dispatch. If an item is unavailable we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative only with your agreement, or a refund where legally required.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in South African rand. Applicable taxes and delivery fees are shown at checkout before payment. We may correct obvious errors as permitted by law, and will contact you if a material correction affects your order. Pay through the methods offered at checkout. Never email us complete card details.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are available to supported South African addresses. Availability, shipping charges, courier options and estimated delivery periods are confirmed at checkout or by customer support. Please see our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Give accurate contact and delivery information.
6. Cancellations and returns
Our Refunds and Returns Policy explains order cancellations and return arrangements. Qualifying online purchases may have a seven-day cooling-off right under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, subject to statutory exclusions. Rights regarding defective or unsafe goods under the Consumer Protection Act remain in force. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Account use and security
Where an account is available, keep your password confidential and provide accurate account details. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, commit fraud or infringe another person’s rights.
8. Privacy and marketing
We process customer information to complete orders and for the lawful purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Promotional messages may be sent only where legally permitted, with an appropriate opt-out mechanism.
9. Intellectual property
The website’s protected content and New Image product trademarks belong to their respective owners. Ordinary personal shopping does not grant rights to commercially reproduce protected content.
10. Liability, complaints and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Contact us with an order number if you need help; you may also approach an appropriate regulator, ombud or court. South African law applies where relevant. Any updates will be published with a revised effective date and will not retrospectively remove rights relating to existing orders.
